I add new content to the Studio on the 15th of the month.  I usually add 3 - 4 new workouts or ‘movement medicine’ sequences each month which makes up at least an hour of new content.  Additionally I periodically add ‘bonus’ content to the Studio, plus I regularly release content on the private Aligned Life Studio Facebook Group page which is included as part of your Subscription.  This includes Q&A’s and Facebook Lives, classes and short sequences.
