To print a shopping list first you will need to create your meal plan.
To create your first meal plan please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your account at https://fasciafoods.alignedlifestudio.com/ and navigate to "Meal Plans"
2. Select "Create Plan" to create a new meal plan
3. Give your new meal plan a name then start adding your recipes by clicking "Add meal" under each heading. (Breakfast, lunch etc)
4. You can search for a recipe, and use the filter to arrange by meal type. Select the recipe you want to add. Be sure to adjust the serving size to suit.
5. Continue the process of adding recipes to build out your meal plan. When your meal plan is complete with all the required recipes click the button at the top right of the screen and select "Download"
6. Here you can choose the options that will make up your PDF. All items will be selected by default. Click the items you do not want to be included in your PDF then click "Download"
7. "Download PDF" prompt will appear below the download button. Click this link to download your PDF. The PDF will be directly downloaded to your device.
